Methods

getMessageRepositories()

IMessageRepository*[] getMessageRepositories(IDevice* device)

Discover message repositories on the remote device. A remote device might provide one or more message repositories, which are generally divided based on the email accounts in the case of email, or by subscriber number in the case of SMS/MMS. This is a blocking call until the list of message repositories (MAS instances) are received from the remote device. Privilege: com.amazon.bluetooth.privilege.access

IDevice* — Required The remote IDevice to retrieve message repositories.

Returns

IMessageRepository*[] Returns an array of IMessageRepository interface.

Throws

• OutOfMemoryError — if failed to make array of IMessageRepository.
• TimeoutError — if operation timed out.

getConnectedDevices()

IDevice*[] getConnectedDevices()

Get devices that are currently connected with message client. Remote devices with connection to at least one message repository are returned. Privilege: com.amazon.bluetooth.privilege.access

Returns

IDevice*[] Returns an array of pointer to IDevice.

• OutOfMemoryError — if failed to make array of IDevice.

Add a listener for message client events. Privilege: com.amazon.bluetooth.privilege.access
