Extends IRsaKeyBuilder Enhanced RSA key builder with support for explicit public exponents. This interface extends the original IRsaKeyBuilder with additional functionality for setting custom public exponents.

IRsaKeyBuilder2* publicExponent(u8[] exponent)
Set an explicit public exponent for RSA key generation. If not specified, {0x01, 0x00, 0x01} will be used.
