GetAllCustomerListEntriesコマンドを処理します。GetAllCustomerListEntriesコマンドは、完全なユーザー管理リストをレスポンスとして送信するよう要求します。このAPIの実装では、ICustomerListEntriesProvider.addCustomerListChunk(...)メソッドを使用して、ユーザー管理リストのデータをチャンクに分けて提供できます。ICustomerListEntriesProvider.commit()が呼び出されると、指定されたすべてのユーザー管理リストのデータが、Amazonのコンテンツパーソナライゼーションクラウドサービスにコミットされます。
