Extends com.amazon.apmf.IStandard
Payload carried by playback quality events (frame_drop,
frame_freeze, audio_gap) emitted with EventSource::HTML_MEDIA_ELEMENT.
Whether the event is video-side or audio-side is determined by the
event name passed to onEvent.
