Base Interface to access W3CMedia APIs.

makeContentProtectionInitData()

Parameters

The parameters used to configure the IHtmlMediaElement object
instance.

the newly created IHtmlMediaElement object

The implementation is updated to return an object of a subclass IHtmlMediaElement3.
IStandard::tryQueryInterface on returned IHtmlMediaElement object would provide
handle to IHtmlMediaElement3 object if implemented or NULL if its not implemented.
makeSourceBufferConfigBuilder()
Creates a new instance of ISourceBufferConfigBuilder object.ISourceBufferConfigBuilder*makeSourceBufferConfigBuilder()

makeMediaSource()
