interface IUIFocusOverlayChangedEvent
Extends IUIWindowEvent
Interface containing details for events when this window’s focus overlay region
changed. The focus overlay region changes when other windows are placed on top of
this window as an overlay.
Delivery: this event is delivered only to an opaque, foreground window (a normal
application or home window). It is raised when one or more overlay windows are
stacked on top of this window; the receiving window itself is not the overlay
window. The reported regions are the areas of this window covered by those
overlay windows.

An array of RectI representing the overlay regions of this
window (the areas covered by overlay windows stacked on top of it), in
window-local coordinates where (0,0) is the top-left corner of the window.
May be empty when this window has no overlay regions.
