Enables keyboard focus capability for this window, When enabled, the window becomes eligible to receive keyboard
focus through the system’s standard focus selection mechanism. This is the default state for new windows.

Disables keyboard focus capability for this window. System will enable keyboard focus when
IWindow3::setKeyboardFocus is called.
