Data object OverscanBorder
interface struct OverscanBorder
Interface that handles the overscan border data.
Each border value is expressed as percentage of the display
width or height. The valid range of values for each border
is 0 to 0.15, where 0 means no overscan and 0.15 refers to
15% overscan in a side.
